Designed for precise torque and tension control, HELISTAR powder clutches and brakes deliver smooth, stable operation where constant torque is essential.
With superior heat dissipation and durable magnetic powder, they perform reliably under continuous slip or high-load conditions.
Applications: Textile machinery, cable and wire production, paper converting, test rigs, and Roll-to-Roll film or flexible packaging systems.
Tension Controller
Used in combination with HELISTAR’s powder clutches and brakes, our tension controllers ensure stable output, fast response, and precise feedback control.
Models such as TCP-818D / TCP-040 / PSV-3A offer microprocessor-based operation, dual-mode calculation, and linear tension compensation.
Applications: Textile, cable, printing, and Roll-to-Roll web tension systems.
