HELISTAR will present brakes, clutches, and roll-to-roll tension control solutions. Closed-loop tension control is a system in which a tension sensor feeds actual tension back to a controller, which adjusts brake or clutch torque in real time to hold tension at the set target, as applied on plastic film and sheet unwinding and rewinding lines.
- Magnetic powder brakes and clutches — torque control for unwinding and rewinding axes.
- TCP-818D Automatic Tension Controller — a fully digital controller supporting single or dual sensor inputs, the control core of a closed-loop setup.
- LCS Tension Sensor — a pedestal-type tension detector covering 50–2,000 Nm, providing measured feedback.
